Shipping Policy – Thanks for shopping at TechNest Security Systems.
We offer delivery of the products within UAE in 48 to 72 hours depending on the prime and non-prime products.
Important Points
- The prime products will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours from the purchase using Credit cards/ Debit Cards and Cash on delivery.
- The non-prime products can take more than 2 weeks in delivery, we might cancel the product from the order and refund you if any issue arise in the delivery of products.
- Note: In case if a shipment is pending since a long time due to non response of you and meanwhile if the shipment returned back to origin i.e. TechNest Security System. Then we will only refund you the product cost.
- Note: After receiving the shipment parcel(s), if you find any product as missing then you have 3 days time to inform us after shipment delivery.
- Note: Shipping are only available for United Arab Emirates
Delivery may take longer due to
- Bad weather
- Flights delays
- Customs Clearance procedures
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
